When you work work with me as a buyer's agent I will rebate you 1%-1.5% of the sales price of the property. Properties purchased above $700,000 will receive a 1.5% rebate.

Exceptions: Rebates only apply on commissions that are paid by the seller and are 2.5% or greater. Rebates do not apply on properties that I am also the listing agent. Purchase price of the property must be $250,000 or higher
